Create WordPress site from existing FIGMA design

We have an existing FIGMA design for the homepage and will require you to implement our theme into our brand new WordPress instance.

The theme would later be used to create other pages and blogs.

The designed customized theme must persist across all pages. Blogs must be easily added without the need for further customization using the existing theme that you had designed.
